How to Set Up the Advent Calendar Game (Servant Guide)
Online Setup
Go to Instructions > Setup > Setup Game. Choose game options like "By Day" or "In Order" using checkboxes.
Add Searchers
Navigate to Setup > Add Searcher. Enter player details (name & email) and click the add button after each.
Send Invitations
Go to Invite Searcher. Select the players, personalize the greeting, and send invitations with login credentials.
Enter Answers & Hints
Open Setup > Answers & Hints. Fill in clues and optional answers for each day, then save your progress.
Monitor Players
Track Searcher progress under Setup > Searcher Details. You can resend invites, review scores, or delete players.
Physical Setup (Treasure Hunt)
Hide Clue Cards around your home. Use QR codes linked to online riddles. Daily windows open one-by-one starting Dec 1st.
Tip 1: Make it fun! Read riddles together and reward successful hunts with treats.
Tip 2: For parties, register guests as Searchers and hide gifts as clues!
